Finding a Puppy

Please be patient and be prepared to do your research around the breed, as well as you taking the time to find a breeder, a breeder will want to be sure that the home they are sending their puppy to will provide a lifetime of happiness, love and support. 

Any reputable and respected breeder will care more about the ongoing health and welfare of their dogs once they have left their mother, than simply seeking a quick sale.

​Members of the SRHP Club believe that bringing up happy, healthy puppies is vitally important for the future of our breed. The breeders listed below are members and have agreed to comply with the Rules & Regulations and the Code of Ethics of the SRHP Club and The Royal Kennel Club.

We advise all prospective puppy buyers to do their full research; there are links to The Royal Kennel Club buying a dog guide. Should any prospective owner wish to discuss the breed with an experienced owner we recommend they contact the Club
