GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS (GDPR)

The Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer Club follows the Kennel Club and ISO guidance to ensure that it is compliant with the new General Data Protection Regulations (which came into effect on 25 May 2018).

We update our Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy in line with the new regulations as and when required. These are available as linked documents below; significant updates will be circulated to members.

 

Under the new GDPR, much of the Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer Clubs data processing arises out of contractual necessity, or legitimate interest.
