A Gundog Training day was held on Sunday 7th October 2007 by kind permission of Tony and Paul Barrett, The Training and Water day at Tansley (which was open to other minority breeds) unfortunately became a victim of the foot and mouth and was canceled at the last minute, but thankfully after the third attempt our FT Secretary Liza Brown found a superb substitute in Lincolnshire. The day went ahead successfully, Mike Bevan, Rory Majors and Penny Pickstone were the Trainers.

 

Fun day August 2006, we held a fun day on 28th August at Northampton, we had a good turn out of Slovakians ranging in age from 14 weeks up to 5yrs+ We held training sessions in; basic obedience, show ring training, hunting, retrieving and ran a scurry!! We also held a raffle and finished it off with a BBQ and a selection of lovely home made cakes washed down with a glass or two!!
